If you are a permanent employee its very good. But if you are on contract then please decline the offer. I worked in converges for 2 months and I was on contract basis. We didn’t get our salary on time. It was a ten days delay. The process can shut down anytime and they will throw you out of the company. The final settlement is not provided even after weeks.
Moreover, the overtime payment was not given even after 2 months. Even the hrs dont take responsibility. The company just need to get their work done even if you dont get your salary. They are not even bothered to ask you if you got your salary on time or not. Everyday they will give you excuse that your salary will be given to you the next day and the meantime it takes almost 7-10 days that also after taking serious actions like ’We won’t work if the salary is not been credited to us by tomorrow’.
This company really s*cks for the temporary guys and the career growth.....bullshit. They promote the guys when they need. Even you are eligible to apply for the new job they will hire a new guy and give you some excuse.
Beware if you work on contract for "ADECCO". Take the job if you are not bothered about your timely salary and incentives.
